100 Years ~ 100 Quilts BookEdited by noted quilt scholars Carolyn O'Bagy Davis and Helen Young Frost, this book documents the exhibit of quilts created for the celebration of Arizona's 100 years of statehood.

Quilters from around the state, ranging from 11 to 87 years of age, responded to the call for quilts. Their entries depict all aspects of the state: from cattle ranching to cotton farming; desert landscapes to the Grand Canyon and Monument Valley; Navajo rug weavings and Hopi Kachina dancers; rattlesnakes and horned toads. Many varieties of plants, including the state's famous giant saguaro cactus, are also found on the quilts.

The Legacy Statements, written by each quilter, illustrate their love and appreciation for the State of Arizona. Many these Legacy Statements relate tales their family history in Arizona. Order this historic document now! Supplies are limited.
